Zanele Muholi’s Art Exhibition at Yancey Richardson Gallery
On June 1, Yancey Richardson Gallery opened an online viewing room
with a fabulous exhibition of the South African visual activist and artist
Zanele Muholi, who is working in photography, art installation, and video. Muholi’s
works explore the themes of sexual politics, gender, racism, and labor, with
references to South Africa’s history and artist’s own life experiences. The
exhibition is on view through August 31. Very recommended!
