Icon of St. Anastasia of Sirmium and St. Paraskevi of Iconium

15th-century icon of St. Anastasia of Sirmium (St. Anastasia the Pharmakolytria) and St. Paraskevi of Iconium (Paraskeva Pyatnitsa) from the collection of the State Russian Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Both saints are revered as healers and are considered to be patron saints of female labor. Icons depicting St. Anastasia of Sirmium and St. Paraskevi of Iconium together are common for the Novgorod school of icon painting.
